We aim for the shortest possible turn around; below are the absolute maximum amounts of time you can expect.*

• All items under 1000 words will be returned within 24 hours.
• Items under 5,000 words will be returned within 72 hours.
• Items 5,000 – 10,000 words will be returned a week after submission.

You can follow the progress of your document through 'My Tasks'.

In 'My Tasks' you can add also notes and communicate with your editor and/or translator.
